TITANO Progresses to Structural Superstructure Phase on Belgrade Mixed-Use Milestone

BELGRADE, SERBIA — TITANO International Holding Corp. has reached a critical structural milestone, officially progressing to the superstructure phase of its flagship 260,000-square-meter micro-city development in Belgrade.

Foundation engineering, subterranean utility integration, and reinforced baseline pouring have been finalized precisely ahead of schedule. The development, which seamlessly bridges 4,000 modern high-rise residences with integrated retail zones and commercial boulevards, represents the Group’s core gateway into high-performance, high-yield global growth markets outside of Central Europe.

“Advancing to the vertical construction phase on schedule highlights the precision of our engineering partners and our optimized project management framework,” commented David Aleksic, Partner & Project Manager. “This landmark asset remains one of our premier international pipeline allocations, designed to deliver exceptional long-term yield profiles for our institutional investors.”

The project management desk confirms that Phase 1 spatial layouts and structural metrics remain perfectly on track for the projected handover timeline.
