Foundation engineering, subterranean utility integration, and reinforced baseline pouring have been finalized precisely ahead of schedule. The development, which seamlessly bridges 4,000 modern high-rise residences with integrated retail zones and commercial boulevards, represents the Group’s core gateway into high-performance, high-yield global growth markets outside of Central Europe.
