Scope of Corporate Services

VRE24 Immobilien GmbH provides premium corporate services in the sectors of asset real estate investments, institutional project development, real estate brokerage, as well as integrated custom financing ecosystem solutions[cite: 12, 44]. The exact scope of service delivery is explicitly specified within the respective individual project contracts or formal brokerage agreements.

Prior sale, rental leasing modifications, or unexpected project development adaptations remain expressly reserved at all times. Passing on structural project documentation or confidential files to third parties is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The liability of VRE24 Immobilien GmbH for minor negligent breaches of duty is expressly excluded, provided that these do not concern material contractually essential obligations, or damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Austria shall exclusively govern all contractual frameworks. If the contractual partner is a commercial business or entrepreneur, the exclusive legal place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from this contractual framework shall be the registered office of our company in Vienna, Austria.
